This is our motto at Your Pet Chef. Our Cancer Fighting Meal Programs are specifically designed to do just this while providing your dog with the best possible nutrition and food that will be gobbled up!
This is a sample of the type of large bar that is included in our Cancer Fighting Meal Program. Cancer uses carbohydrates and sugars as fuel. Reducing or eliminating them gives your dog a better chance at fighting this terrible disease. Using assorted proteins, we select only those vegetables that are low in carbohydrates and sugars. Celery and radish are great examples of the vegetables used in our program. Celery has 3 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of sugars in a 1 cup serving. Radishes have 4 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of sugars per 1 cup serving. Compare this to a sweet potato which contains 27 grams of carbohydrates and 7 sugars in a 1 cup serving. Celery contains anti-inflammatories and antioxidants, and can help inhibit cancer cells from growing. Radishes can help break down toxins, including free radicals that can lead to cancer. We bake the bars so you can serve them warm to your hungry patient.
This a sample of our small bars. Spinach is used in this version as it can help slow down the division of cancer cells and also help improve overall immunity within your dog's system. Spinach is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and iron. Spinach contains 1 gram of carbohydrates and 0 sugars per 1 cup serving.
